Shop Services Eagle Windows & Doors, Inc's shop is staffed with experienced millworkers. Some of the services we provide include the assembly of units too large to be shipped by the factory, units requiring custom mullion and trim details and the application of exterior trim. We offer a variety of shop applied exterior casings for both wood and clad products. Exterior shop applied casings for Wood units include F.J. Pine and Clear Pine, Clear Vertical Grain Cedar as well as Azek trim boards. Exterior shop applied casings for Clad units include F.J. Pine and Clear Pine, Clear Vertical Grain Cedar as well as Azek trim boards. Eagle also offers Factory applied extruded aluminum casings in all of Eagle's 50 standard colors which carries Eagle's 20 year paint warranty. We offer wide historical profiles on the sill nosings as well a standard and custom widths for the casings. We also apply a mahogany sill cover over our Ascent extruded sill.
